Job Title: Agile DevOps Engineer

Offworld Industries is seeking a highly skilled Agile DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using AWS services.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline our CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with our development team to ensure seamless integration of new features and services.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and security issues.
  • Provide guidance and support to our team on DevOps best practices and tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and automation.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services and tools.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a game development studio.
  • Familiarity with productivity and project management tools.
  • Experience with mentoring and executing Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery best practices.

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $135,000 CAD per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including extended health and dental benefits, wellness and health spending accounts, retirement savings plan, and 3 weeks of paid vacation.
