Job Title:

Sales and Leasing Senior Manager

Job Summary:

The Sales and Leasing Senior Manager will lead the sales and leasing team responsible for the sales and leasing of all residential developments within the SmartLiving portfolio in the GTA, including market condominiums, single-family homes, and purpose-built rental units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and direct a high-performance team responsible for sales and leasing operations.
  • Develop and execute sales and leasing strategies to drive long-term growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with partners, senior management, and Business Unit Leaders to drive business results.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales and leasing centres.
  • Be the onsite presence in the sales/leasing centers from Tuesday – Saturday from 10am – 7pm as core hours.
  • Mentor and manage sales, leasing, and administrative team.
  • Grow and maintain an established network of external agents/brokers.
  • Execute the sales and leasing strategy as defined by the executive teams.
  • Work closely with the corporate marketing team to ensure effective and consistent articulation of brand and messaging to various audiences.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, communication, real estate, or equivalent.
  • Post-graduate degree in marketing or related field would be an asset.
  • 5+ years in a professional sales and/or leasing position in an active market.
  • A strong, established professional network of agents/brokers in the pre-construction sales industry.
  • A passion for developing innovative solutions to solve marketing problems.
  • An established track record in leading and managing a diverse and skilled group of professionals.
