Sales Director

The Director of Sales – West will be responsible for leading the region in the sale of our Digital Marketing Software and Digital Advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the sales team in the West region to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
- Develop and execute business strategies to expand our customer base and increase sales.
- Collaborate with the National VP of Sales and Business Development to develop and implement sales and business development culture.
- Manage a team of Territory Managers and Media Directors to support the attainment of sales and retention objectives.
- Support and coach the team in meetings with clients, demos, closings, and contract renewals.
- Assist in closing sales contracts with new customers and upsell new products and services with existing customers.
- 5 years minimum experience in B2B sales management with 10 years minimum experience in a quota-carrying B2B sales/territory management role.
- Demonstrated experience in business building, ability, and stature to develop business practices and establish the sales function within a large territory.
- Demonstrated/measured ability to drive performance in a team with consistent attainment and surpassing of sales objectives (quota).
- Automotive industry experience not a prerequisite but an important asset.
- Competence in closing sales and comfort with solicitation calls.
