About Menbow Ramen Express

We are a fast-paced and dynamic ramen restaurant looking for a skilled and experienced chef to join our team. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and specials.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies to minimize waste and ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, time management
