About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Shio Japanese Kitchen Ltd. as a Head Cook. This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation
    • Develop and implement menus that showcase our Japanese cuisine expertise
    • Source high-quality ingredients and suppliers
  • Kitchen Management
    • Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficient and safe food preparation

Requirements
