About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Ruran Korean Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our dishes are prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Staff Management

Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to prepare and present our dishes to the highest standards.

Inventory Management

Manage our inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the resources we need to operate efficiently and effectively.

Cleanliness and Safety

Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that meets all relevant health and safety regulations.

Customer Service

Ensure that our customers receive excellent service and that their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role

Language

English

Work Hours

30 to 40 hours per week
