Job Description:


The Healthcare Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient delivery of patient care services. This includes managing Client Care Coordinators, overseeing scheduling processes, and monitoring key performance indicators such as missed care and referral acceptance.



Responsibilities:



  • Motivate and direct staff to ensure quality care to all clients
  • Review staffing assignments to ensure delivery of quality care and manage overtime for field staff
  • Ensure effective resolution of customer complaints to increase satisfaction and maintain customer loyalty
  • Oversee staffing and prepare monthly schedules for Client Service Coordinators
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve core business processes
  • Collaborate with Regional Director/Manager on projects and day-to-day operations


Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the healthcare industry, with experience in home care
  • Registered healthcare professional an asset
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years' people management experience
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering customer service excellence
  • Ability to manage and improve core business processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong computer skills, including ability to learn proprietary software and prepare reports in Excel
