Job Description

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - Deposit Liabilities Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with expertise in deposit liabilities lifecycle to join our team at Onico Solutions. As a key liaison between the business and Information Technology group, you will be responsible for requirements planning and management, eliciting, analyzing, and validating requirements for new or existing processes, policies, and information systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements for deposit liabilities lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional requirement documents (FRDs)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
  • Participate in requirements gathering sessions and facilitate communication between business and IT teams
  • Ensure business requirements are clear, accurate, and detailed enough to support downstream design and development activities
  • Develop and maintain process flows and business process models
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance activities
  • Provide mentoring and coaching to junior team members

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on deposit liabilities lifecycle
  • Strong understanding of business process re-engineering and process improvement methodologies
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and Visio

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP knowledge and experience
  • Experience with core banking platforms
  • Understanding of banking account maintenance and servicing
