Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Receivable Representative to join our team at Finning. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate collection of accounts receivable, while providing exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers to resolve issues and improve collections
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve process gaps, ensuring seamless workflow between departments
  • Analyze and resolve complex financial issues, including aged accounts receivable and contract compliance
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes as needed
Requirements
  • 5+ years of high-volume corporate collections experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and internal systems, including Lawson and other ERP systems
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as finance or accounting
