Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Data Strategist to join our team at Junction Collective.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital analytics and be able to drive online revenue through data-driven insights.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Ecommerce & Digital Analyst to utilize their expertise in data analysis, strategic planning, and project management to drive business growth and profitability.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies, leveraging your knowledge of digital marketing tools and technologies.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating actionable business insights, creating ecommerce dashboards, and developing digital analytics reporting.

In addition, you will act as the point person for measurement and analytics in digital projects and contribute to the Business Intelligence developer team by modeling data on all digital topics.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Generate actionable business insights to influence website improvements and digital campaign effectiveness through data analysis, with the aim of increasing profitability and growth
  2. Respond to ad hoc site analytics & sales requests from key stakeholders (UX, Paid Media, Brand, Regional Marketing)
  3. Create ecommerce dashboards for tracking online activity across B2C, B2B sites and consumer-facing app
  4. Develop digital analytics reporting for the Paid Media and Commercial teams, including campaign insights for campaign optimization and post mortems, in addition to conversion funnels
  5. Act as the point person for measurement and analytics in digital projects ? Contribute to Business Intelligence developer team by modeling data on all digital topics
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Intermediate SQL skills with a strong understanding of relational databases
  • Bachelor's or College Degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology or related experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital analytics
  • Skilled with online analytics tools (Google Analytics, Heap)
  • Experienced working with Business Intelligence tools to create custom reporting (Looker preferred)
  • Experience with LookML strongly preferred, otherwise an appetite to learn Looker's SQL language
  • Experience with Salesforce and Clickup an asset
  • Solid knowledge and skills in acquisition marketing, digital marketing
  • Knowledge of multi-touch attribution models and ETL (extract, transform, load) data processes and connections to inform O2O (online offline) business strategy
Salary Range

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
