Retail Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team at TCU Place. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail coffee shop, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of baristas to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Management: Assist the Manager in overseeing the retail operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Team Leadership: Develop and implement a meal and break schedule for the staff that ensures seamless customer service.
- Training and Development: Train, develop, and lead a team of baristas to provide exceptional customer service, promote sales, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Administrative Duties: Perform administrative tasks, including cash register readings, inventory management, banking, ordering, and maintaining accurate records.
- Client and Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients and customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with Compass Quality Assurance and Health and Safety Programs.
- Experience: Solid supervisory experience in a retail or food service environment.
- Customer Service: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to excellence.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Availability: Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends.
