About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Q-TECH WIRELESS & REPAIR INC. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  • Sell merchandise and promote our products to customers.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.
