Position OverviewThe Retail Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the retail environment. This role involves managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory levels.
Job Specifications- Location: Saskatoon, SK
- Work Environment: On-site
- Compensation: $21.15 per hour / 32 hours per week
- Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
- Available Positions: 2
- Delegate tasks to sales personnel
- Recruit, train, and develop team members
- Authorize merchandise returns
- Create and manage work schedules
- Compile reports on sales performance and staffing
