About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Stone Paradise Limited. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing budgets, and coordinating office services.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the maintenance of office facilities, including equipment, supplies, and inventory.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues, including conflicts and technical problems.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and strong organizational and time management skills.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload. They will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
