Role Overview

As a Financial Services Associate at Meridian, you will play a key role in providing exceptional Member experiences and driving business growth. You will be responsible for understanding the financial needs of our Members and providing tailored advice and recommendations to meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and analyze Member financial needs to provide personalized advice and solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Members to build trust and loyalty
  • Meet and exceed individual and team business goals through effective sales and service strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve Member experiences
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education with a strong background in finance or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial services environment with a proven track record of sales and service success
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with a passion for career growth and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Members and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
