Accounting and Financial Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Financial Services Coordinator to join our team at Novalex Inc. This role will be responsible for providing financial support to our organization, including preparing cheques for payroll, calculating fixed assets and depreciation, and maintaining general ledgers and financial statements.
Key Responsibilities- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
- Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- Post journal entries
- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
- Prepare tax returns
- Prepare trial balance of books
- Reconcile accounts
- Experience with manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year
- A 30-hour work week
- Permanent full-time employment
