About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Service Professional to join our team at Meridian Credit Union Ltd. As a Senior Branch Sales Team Member, you will play a key role in providing exceptional Member Experience and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the financial needs of our Members and provide tailored advice and recommendations.
- Offer large or complex credit and investment advice to meet Member needs.
- Engage in revenue generation and sales-based activities to achieve performance objectives.
- Build strong relationships with Members and colleagues to deliver flawless service experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice.
What You'll Bring:
- Post-secondary education with at least 3 years of equivalent work experience in a financial services environment.
- Strong business and financial industry knowledge, with a desire for career growth within the financial services industry.
- At minimum, MFDA licensing is required for most roles.
- Flexible to work all scheduled hours, including some evenings and Saturdays.
- Proven understanding of computer systems and programs, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
