Job Description

This is an entry-level position that requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work accurately and efficiently with manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Keep accurate and detailed financial records using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Post journal entries and reconcile accounts to ensure account balances are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports, including trial balance of books and tax returns.
