Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at YM Inc. (Sales). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain Inventory: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
