Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

At Axelon Services Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to lead our project management efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project lifecycle management, including planning, execution, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and milestones
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis and project management
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA and MS Office
  • Knowledge of SDLC models, including waterfall and Agile
