Lazeez Shawarma is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Certifications: Food Safety Certificate.
The Restaurant Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity in a physically demanding environment.
