Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Subway Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Restaurant Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Lead a Team: Supervise and motivate a team of employees to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure that our food quality meets the highest standards and that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Manage Finances: Oversee the financial aspects of the restaurant, including managing budgets and ensuring that we are meeting our financial targets.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Language: English.
