Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Subway Restaurant. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our restaurants.

Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match.
Job Responsibilities- Balancing cash and completing balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms;
- Conducting performance reviews and coaching staff to improve their skills and productivity;
- Organizing and maintaining inventory, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels;
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, including regular cleaning and sanitizing of the restaurant and equipment;
- Negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies;
- Participating in marketing plans and implementation to increase sales and attract new customers;
- Addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner;
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business and positive word-of-mouth;
- Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness;
- Supervising a team of 3-4 people, with potential for growth to 5-10 people;
- A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-food restaurant management position;
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and completion of specialized training in food service management;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers;
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks;
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods;
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays;
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills;
- Able to provide excellent customer service and handle difficult situations professionally;
