Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at 1338079 B.C. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
    • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve exceptional customer service and sales results
  • Financial Management
    • Manage cash handling and reconcile cash reports
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock
    • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
  • Marketing and Customer Service
    • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales growth
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma
  • Experience
    • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Work Setting
    • Willing to relocate
    • Relocation costs covered by employer
