Job Overview
We're hiring a Director of Sales to leverage their sales and people skills to cultivate and nurture strategic relationships with prospective customers. You'll demo and sell Truleo products and services throughout an assigned territory. This role will be remote within the Atlanta or Charlotte regions, with travel as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute individual territory plans to define target accounts based on the best fit for Truleo's services and solutions.
- Strategically pursue opportunities and relationships/partnerships resulting from independent business development activities or leads from Truleo's demand generation team.
- Communicate compelling recommendations linked to customers' pressing business challenges.
- Generate, nurture, and manage new leads and business opportunities throughout a multi-month sales pipeline.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales, growth, and revenue targets.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrable capability in building new relationships and expanding existing ones.
- An exceptional communicator with an ability to develop, maintain, and manage customer relationships.
- Analytical, flexible, self-motivated, confident, and possessing strong networking and problem-solving skills.
