Who

Truleo is hiring a Director of Sales. We are looking for someone who exhibits strong business, consultative, and interpersonal prowess, and can leverage their sales and people skills to cultivate and nurture strategic relationships with prospective customers. You will demo and sell Truleo products and services throughout an assigned territory. This position will be remote within the following regions - Atlanta or Charlotte with travel as required.

What You’ll Do

  • Demonstrate a highly proficient approach to customer discovery, customer communications, and the sales cycle.
  • Develop and execute individual territory plans that define target accounts based on the best fit for the services and solutions that Truleo provides.
  • Strategically pursue opportunities and relationships/partnerships resulting either from independent business development activities or in response to leads from Truelo’s demand generation team.
  • Communicate compelling recommendations that are linked and responsive to our customers’ most pressing business challenges.
  • Generate, nurture, and manage new leads and business opportunities throughout a multi-month sales pipeline.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales, growth, and revenue targets.

Who You Are

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
  • You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • You have demonstrable capability in building new relationships and expanding existing ones.
  • You are an exceptional communicator with an ability to develop, maintain, and manage customer relationships that reinforce value and leverage data and insights.
  • You are analytical, flexible to change, self-motivated, confident, and possess strong networking and problem solving skills, with an undeniable personal impact.
