This central role contributes to the success of all functions under Commercial Affairs by participating in the development and execution of several key tasks and programs aimed at achieving the objectives of the products under promotion. The position includes an important component of tasks supporting other team members, including analysis, recommendations and monitoring of key performance indicators, in addition to rigorous budget management. This position is intended to evolve with immediate support for certain commercial components evolving towards increasing responsibilities in Marketing potentially including a product launch in the near future.
- **Tasks and Responsibilities**_

**COMMERCIAL AFFAIRS**:
Support all members of the Commercial Affairs team in the following areas:

- Manage invoices: ensure appropriate coding and in close connection with the product marketing plan, compliance with deadlines and monitoring of monthly accruals.
- Track and update budget: update actuals and make changes as required, including cost shared with other teams. Manage quarterly upgrades.
- Support the drafting of management indicators on a monthly basis.
- Participate in the drafting and updating of annual budget forecasts.

Provide any other _ad hoc_ support and carry out any other task related to the function.

**MARKETING**:

- Regularly analyze, draw conclusions from, and share relevant recommendations on our product performance monitoring reports.
- Create a complete product launch plan (if applicable).
- Follow up on internal actions and updates (product performance review) or external actions (business review with partners) depending on product responsibility.

**SALES**:

- Include in detail the role of promotional channels, provincial approaches as well as tools in the Marketing launch plan, both for a field sales force and for support of a virtual model.
- Provide integrated solutions from marketing analytics for clients (healthcare professionals) and sales channels, contributing to market action plans.
- Participate in the development of content for specific sections of the upgrade of training programs related to their area of expertise.

**MARKET ACCESS**:

- Ensure rigorous management of submission projects, follow-up of deadlines and follow-up of milestones recorded therein.
- Be involved in all aspects of the submission and potential negotiations related to the market access aspects of this product; PMPRB, INESSS, CADTH, pCPA

- **Required Qualifications**_
- Bachelor's degree in business administration / marketing / economics or other relevant program, combined with 3 years of professional experience in a sales function in the pharmaceutical industry, including 2 years as a "front line" sales representative.
- Diploma in a related sector of strategic analysis, drug development or pharmacoeconomics, an asset.
- Knowledge of strategic planning and analytical skills.
- Excellent knowledge of French and English (oral and written).
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Professional Suite.
