Tax Services Coordinator

About the Role:
The Tax Services Coordinator will work with the Recovery Team to process savings reports, invoicing, update client record information, and file and administer all refund claims. This role requires a strong understanding of sales tax recovery and a ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process savings reports and invoicing
- Update client record information
- File and administer all refund claims
- Update and maintain reporting File Logs
- Maintain electronic client directories
- Update and maintain Salesforce records for Sales Tax Reviews
- Assist with scheduling reminder letters
Requirements:
- High-school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
- Minimum of four years of related administrative experience
- Experience with financial services is a definite asset
Working Environment:
- Hybrid/remote work environment
- Standard indoor working environment
- Occasional long periods of sitting while working at computer
