Director of Brand Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Brand to lead the development and implementation of a cohesive brand strategy for Prodigy Education. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for refining and executing a brand strategy that aligns with our mission and values, while differentiating us in the market and enhancing our reputation and presence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that unifies our mission, values, and unique strengths for each of our target customers.
- Define and communicate the brand's overarching positioning, messaging, and value proposition, ensuring alignment with our organization's collective vision and goals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to strategize integrated campaigns and initiatives that effectively deliver on the brand's message and values while driving meaningful engagement and results.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone of voice across all channels and touchpoints.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a creative team, fostering a collaborative and motivational environment that encourages skill development and continuous learning.
- Oversee the development of creative assets that resonate with target audiences and reinforce brand positioning.
- Accountable for budget and resource management of creative freelancers and agency partners.
We are looking for a seasoned brand and creative professional with a proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies. You will have a deep understanding of brand strategy development, positioning, and brand identity management, as well as the ability to think strategically and holistically. You will be able to analyze complex situations, anticipate future trends, and conceptualize and implement plans to achieve outcomes and drive success.
Key qualifications include:
- Extensive brand and creative experience, with in-depth knowledge of brand strategy development, positioning, and brand identity management.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and holistically, with a keen focus on both the big picture and tactical execution.
- Capacity to analyze complex situations, anticipate future trends, and conceptualize and implement plans to achieve outcomes and drive success.
- Proficiency in leveraging data analytics and insights to inform brand strategy, marketing, and communications initiatives.
- Proven project management skills, delivering on-time and on-budget deliverables.
- Change management experience with implementing new brand strategy in a multifaceted, complex environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building capabilities within cross-functional structures.
