Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at DPG FOOD SERVICES INC O/A SUBWAY. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, training staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Hire food service staff
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare food order summaries for chef
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish work schedules
