Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Westport Inn. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Team Management: Coordinate, assign, and review work for our front office team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Staff Development: Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Operations: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Supply Chain: Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring our hotel is well-stocked and ready to meet the needs of our guests.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, team player, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
