Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of 1 to 2 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Operational Management: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Staff Management: Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring that all staff members are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and review the performance of staff members, providing feedback and coaching to improve their skills and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
