Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Westport Inn. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our hotel, including supervising staff, coordinating tasks, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Coordinate and assign work to ensure efficient operation of the hotel
  • Assist guests with special needs and ensure their satisfaction
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
  • Maintain operation of computer systems and equipment, and arrange for repairs as necessary
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
