Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Westport Inn. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient hotel operations
    • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Customer Service and Support
    • Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service
  • Operations and Maintenance
    • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
    • Requisition materials and supplies to support hotel operations
  • Work Environment and Physical Capabilities
    • Work in a fast-paced hotel environment, requiring attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel or related industry
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Organized and detail-oriented with a focus on customer service
