Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Basic security clearance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with attention to detail
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a restaurant environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. The work is physically demanding, and the candidate must be able to lift up to 25 kg.
