Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Thai Sechelt Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Supervise Kitchen Staff: Lead and motivate our kitchen team to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently.
- Requisition Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure that we have everything we need to deliver exceptional service.
- Train Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help our staff improve their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety in our kitchen.
- Prepare Budgets: Develop and manage budgets to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
