We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Saffron Restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring quality control standards are met. Supervise staff and provide guidance on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Train Staff: Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge, focusing on customer service, food preparation, and teamwork.
- Estimate Supplies: Plan and estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure efficient meal preparation and minimize waste.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service, addressing customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, repairs, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, profits, and operational performance, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels and meet business demands.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent required.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Language: Fluent English language skills required.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with pressure to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
- Personal Qualities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team, client-focused attitude, flexibility, and adaptability.
The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 to $60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. A comprehensive benefits package is included, offering a competitive remuneration and career development opportunities.
