Ecommerce Operations SpecialistWe are seeking a highly motivated Ecommerce Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and optimizing our online presence, ensuring seamless customer interactions, and contributing to the growth of our ecommerce operations.
Responsibilities:- Maintain website accuracy by updating product listings, descriptions, and pricing information.
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging content for the website and marketing campaigns.
- Manage marketplace listings and orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and accurate order processing.
- Analyze ecommerce data and generate reports to identify trends, optimize performance, and inform strategic decisions.
- Support the implementation of new features and functionalities on the website, enhancing user experience and driving conversions.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in ecommerce operations management.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and best practices.
- Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
