About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ecommerce Director to join our team at Open Farm. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to drive our direct-to-consumer business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive ecommerce growth and revenue
  • Lead a team of product managers, website admins, and retention and CRM specialists
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including creative, innovation, marketing, and customer experience
  • Manage team budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track expenditures to ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in senior leadership or managing ecommerce P&L
  • Proven track record of leading a successful ecommerce team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and metrics to drive decision-making and product improvements
