We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Clinic Receptionist to join our team at Century Stone Dental. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet patients, direct them to contacts or service areas, and obtain and process information required to provide customer service.
  • Scheduling and Record-Keeping: Schedule and confirm appointments, maintain work records and logs, and receive and issue payments.
  • Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail, and provide customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
