Dental Clinic Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Century Stone Dental. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Greets patients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate staff member or area
- Manages incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and faxes
- Processes patient information, including demographic and insurance data
- Coordinates appointments, schedules, and maintains accurate records
- Provides excellent customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns
- Assists with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed
- 2 years of experience in a medical or dental office setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required
This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
