Job Title: Medical Clinic Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Clinic Receptionist to join our team at Century Stone Dental. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet patients, manage appointments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Administrative Support: Process patient information, handle phone calls, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent patient care, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Communication: Collaborate with dental staff, patients, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a medical or administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Language: English.
