Administrative Support Professional

At ONTARIO INC., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and completing tasks as assigned.
- Manage our office supplies, including ordering and maintaining inventory.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, preparing minutes, and sending follow-up emails.
- Assist with data entry, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
