Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Executive Officer to join our team at Goldmines Construction Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of organizational policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions

Requirements:

You must have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. You should be comfortable with on-site work and have excellent communication and leadership skills.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on industry standards and market rates in the region. This figure may vary depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
