About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at A-1 Cash and Carry. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and supervising a team of warehouse staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to track inventory levels, shipping and receiving activity, and other key metrics.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management software.
