The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the commercial sales environment and be able to develop and implement effective business strategies to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's presence in the region.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and mentoring to ensure their success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
- Four-year college degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- ~5-7 or more years of related work experience and any combination of education and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job, combined with demonstrated professional growth and achievement.
- ~ Knowledge of the terms, concepts and practices of the marketing and sales environment, to include but not limited to product development and manufacturing procedures, distribution, customer service and basic accounting.
- Effectively interacting and negotiating with internal and external customers and business contacts at all organizational levels via the utilization of excellent verbal & written communication.
- Learning and maintaining in-depth knowledge of a company's diverse business and product lines, as well as gathering, assembling, correlating, and analyzing statistical and financial data.

This role will require up to 50% travel for trade shows, customer visitation, team meetings, etc.
