Job Title: Transportation Coordinator

Bright Transport Ltd. is seeking a skilled Transportation Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment
  • Process and transmit information to co-ordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews
  • Monitor personnel workloads and locations
  • Organize warehouse and work areas
  • Perform general office duties
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Knowledge of cross border dispatching regulations and practices
  • Knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations
