Job Title: HR Systems Manager

Health Standards Organization (HSO) is seeking an experienced HR Systems Manager to lead the development and implementation of HR systems and strategies that support the organization's mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR systems and strategies that align with the organization's mission and goals.
  • Lead the HR systems planning and analysis function, providing direction and management of HSO's HR information system.
  • Oversee the execution of HR processes in Dayforce, including accurate and timely management of data entry for new hires, changes, departures, etc.
  • Collaborate with the Payroll and Benefits team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits administration within a bi-weekly payroll schedule.
  • Manage the configuration, maintenance, and operation of Dayforce modules in support of HR programs and priorities.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Completion of a professional designation is an asset.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop teams.
  • Advanced reporting software knowledge, including Ceridian (Dayforce & Powerpay), SAP (SuccessFactor), ADP Workforce, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), and Google Suite.
