Job Title: Manager, HR Systems and Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, HR Systems and Strategy to join our team at Health Standards Organization (HSO). As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR systems and strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning and analysis of HR systems and processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Manage the HR information system and ensure accurate and timely data entry for new hires, changes, and departures.
  • Collaborate with the Payroll and Benefits team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits administration.
  • Oversee the implementation and administration of all HR modules in Dayforce, including Performance and Compensation.
  • Manage system configurations, maintenance, and operation to ensure data integrity and system functionality.
  • Develop and maintain HR operations processes and procedures, including related documentation.
  • Lead and develop a small team of HR professionals to drive performance and engagement.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR-related experience, including leadership and management experience.
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to mentor, teach, and train.
  • Advanced reporting software knowledge, including Ceridian (Dayforce & Powerpay), SAP (SuccessFactors), ADP Workforce, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), and Google Suite.
