Business Systems Analyst

At Collage HR, we're seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in capturing and transforming complex systems into clear, actionable documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Capture systems from various sources (videos, interviews, screenshots) and transform them into user-friendly documentation
- Ensure all documentation is consistent, of high quality, and tailored to the appropriate audience
- Support internal and external users in understanding and utilizing tools related to system documentation and implementation
- Collaborate with project management tools to link processes with corresponding tasks and ensure seamless integration of documentation with operations
- Provide guidance and support to business on regulatory policies and procedures; ensure internal compliance with regulatory requirements
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Technical Writing, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience in project management
- Proficient in using documentation, project management, and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, SystemHUB, Asana, Microsoft Office)
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools
- Strong visual communication skills, with the ability to create easy-to-understand process diagrams, guides, and videos
